Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Period: 1 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
- Registration Period: 1 June 2026 – 31 August 2026
- Eligible Participants: All Hantec Financial clients residing in SEA countries excluding Indonesia and Myanmar, excluding ECN account clients. This Promotion is available to both new and existing clients.
- Campaign Content: After registering for the event, clients whose Net Deposit and Closed Trading Volume (excluding US Stock and Crypto products) meet the corresponding requirements during the campaign period can choose one of five prizes within their achieved tier.
- Net deposits for this Promotion will only be calculated after successful registration. Clients must register on the [Promotions] page of the client portal before making any deposits. This Promotion is calculated on a per-portal-account basis, and only new net deposits made after registration will be counted.
- Net deposits and trading volume will be calculated starting from the date the client successfully registers for the Promotion through the portal.
For example, if a client registers on 25 June 2026, the eligible calculation period will be from 25 June 2026 to 31 August 2026.
Any deposits or trading volume generated before the successful registration date will not be counted toward this Promotion. - Limitation: Each client is entitled to only one prize.
- Prize Distribution Process: After the campaign ends, we will arrange for dedicated personnel to contact all qualifying clients. Winners will be provided with a link to a form to select their prize and provide shipping information.
- Deadline: Qualifying clients must submit the form by Sep 20, 2026. Failure to provide a shipping address by this date will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
- Submission Policy: Each qualifying client can only submit the form once. In case of duplicate submissions, the latest entry will prevail. Clients are responsible for the authenticity of the information provided.
- Delivery Timeline:
Physical Prizes: Dispatched within 1 month after the form submission deadline.
Trading Bonus: Credited to the client’s trading account within 2 weeks after the form submission deadline. - Trading and Calculation Rules:
Applicable Products: Forex and Bullions (excluding CFDs, US Stocks and Crypto Products). Only trades executed via MT4/MT5 are eligible (excluding data from ECN accounts). Lot Conversion:
Forex and Bullion products will be calculated at 1:1 standard lot. Note: 100 Cent lots = 1 Standard lot. - Net Deposit Formula: Net Deposit = Deposits via payment channels - Withdrawals - Internal Transfers.
Note: Internal transfers between trading accounts are not counted as deposits. - Only trades both opened and closed within the Promotion Period will be considered valid trading volume.
Positions opened before the Promotion Period but closed during the Promotion Period will not be counted. - Account Calculation: If a client holds multiple accounts, the rewards will be calculated based on the single account that qualifies for the highest reward level. Trading volumes from different accounts cannot be combined.
- Out of Stock: In the event of prize unavailability, Hantec will provide a substitute of similar type and equal value; no price difference will be refunded.
- Color Selection: Hantec does not offer color selection services. While we will try to meet specific requests, we cannot guarantee the delivery of a specific color.
- Liability: Hantec Financial is neither the manufacturer nor the seller of any gifts offered under this Promotion. Any issues relating to product quality, performance, defects, or warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Hantec Financial shall not be liable for any damage, loss, defect, malfunction, repair, replacement, compensation, or refund related to the gifts.
- Gift availability and delivery schedules may be affected by market supply, logistics arrangements, or other circumstances beyond Hantec Financials’ control. Hantec Financial reserves the right to change the rewards to cashback at the tier rank at any time. All redeemable gifts are subject to actual availability at the time of redemption.
- Fair Play: To ensure fairness, we strictly monitor for cheating. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Using the same IP address to conduct simultaneous trading activities; Operating multiple accounts for arbitrage; purposes (within Hantec Financial or across different brokers) ; Scalping strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies; High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or Latency arbitrage etc. - Technical Issues: Hantec Financial will correct any technical issues that arise during the campaign in a fair manner.
- These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. Translations into other languages are provided for reference only .In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
- Final Decision: Hantec Financial reserves the right to modify these terms, cancel, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Hantec Financial’s decision shall be final.
